Bingka Telur in Happy Call

Ingredients :

3 nos eggs
1 cup pandan juice (I just add a few drops of pandan essence and green food coloring)
400 ml thick coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup flour - sifted
2 tablespoon butter - melted
sesame seeds - I added

Method :

1. Place eggs, pandan juice, thick coconut milk, sugar, salt and 1 cup of flour into a blender and blend.
2. Add the balance flour and melted butter. Blend till sugar dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
3. Grease an 8 x 8"x 3" tin. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 150 C for 1 hour or till done.



Note :

I had tried baking this kuih using my Happy Call. If using the pan of this size, I think it is best not to pour the whole mixture into the pan. I should have removed like a cup or two of the mixture. And when baking it, use slow fire and keep moving the pan around the burner so that the kuih will be baked thoroughly. After 20 minutes, you can flip over the pan and do the same to the other side. DO NOT OPEN THE PAN WHEN IT IS STILL BAKING. Baking time is about 30 to 40 minutes.

I am still not that familiar to bake things in the pan, I still need to learn... a lot more... ;)

Walaupun rupamu buruk, tetapi rasamu tetap menjadi pojaan hatiku!!!!

  4. waaahhhhh... tqs mama.. can try ni one day... ada jgk pan ajaib ni walopon diff brand.. so useful kan.. guna 3-4 a week.. cepat betol masak..

  5. Owh...guna mejik pan eh....saya penah guna buat bingka kelapa aritu...tapi cm x sedap la plak rasa dia compared to bakar cara biasa...ke saya yg x baca bismillah kot....n way bingka ni mcm kuih bakar ke mama?

  8. cam makteh le, muka buruk tapi hati manyak baik maaa..hikhik..masuk lif tekan butang sendiri....

    happy call is like pan yg ada gambar ikan,cam avon, cam vantage tu ye...have one yg dibeli kat langkawi..leni dok jadi tukun dlm lemari..
