Rich Butter Cake

If given this situation, how will you re-act?

You are invited into a group of people. Good people though. But somehow or rather, you felt out of place. What will you do?

A. Leave the group? (doesn't that look so snippy then?)
B. Just stay in the group and be Idle? (hey lady... are you still breathing???)
C. Try hard to blend into the group? (will you be able to???)
D. Others... please state!

RICH BUTTER CAKE

Ingredients :

185g butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence*
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour*
1/2 cup plain flour*
1/4 cup milk
chocolate vermichillie (I added)

Method :

1. Preheat oven at 180 C. Bursh a deep 20cm round cake tin with melted butter or oil, line base and side with paper, grease paper.
2. Using electric beaters, beat butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and creamy.
3. Add eggs gradually, beating mixture thoroughly after each addition. Add essence and beat until combined.
4. Using a metal spoon, fold in sifted flours* alternately with milk. Stir until ingredients are just combined and the mixture is almost smooth.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared tin, smooth surface. Sprinkle with chocolate vermichillie.
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
7. Leave in tin for 10 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.

    Kopi powder import I know long ago sudah habis, LOL will send some to you again. Stay tuned.

      Adoi, frankly speaking, when i read your comment in my email, I was like...HUH, WHAT IS SHE TALKING ABOUT? WHAT BUTTER CAKE? I straight away clicked on my blog and OMG, THE butter cake recipe is up! I've put the entry on schedule, but not THIS soon! Hahaha... Lesson learnt.. next time check on your post entry in line! OMG OMG OMG... luckily I've done editing and what not. Imagine, if I've done it halfway and left it just like that. Mesti orang confuse... apa ini makcik cakap! Hahahaha... Getting tua sudah!

    sis, situation camni, happens to me all the time..i coudnt care less..usually i stuff myself with food..haha..kwn2 kata makteh ni ada inferiority complex..ye ke...my only problem is, i dont talk much...hihi..caya tak?

      I think, I pun sama kot dengan you sis....ada inferiority complex. You won't believe me if I said, I pun tak banyak cakap kalau in public and in groups. Though kat blog or kalau YM or kalau whatsapping... bertih goreng pun menangis tak leh challenge i tau! Hahahaha....

  4. Can I come over for tea? Sedapnya butter cake. I've been in your situation. People in groups tend to stick together and lupa about other people. Even you comment anything they don't really are or layan. I will stay there for a while and then get out of it. Don't want to waste my time on group like this :)

      So you've been in situations like that eh, so roughly you know how it feels like kan? Unlike you, I can't just cabut like that. Nak tak nak, had to stay there and just buat tak tahu sajalah. Hehehe... and I'm still breathing, so I guess no harm done, cuma ada rasa macam orang lost la sekejap... hehehe
