Cheesy Wedges *

Hi All....

No grandmother or makcik makcik stories today because mama is busy busy busy... So let me just post a recipe to share, just to make sure MamaFaMi is not forgotten because she's nowhere to be seen either in her own 'house' or in other people's 'house'.. hahaha....

Took this recipe from Rinn's Fotopage who got it from the ever famous lady for her western cooking, Kak Amal. I'm not supposed to call her 'Kak' because she's younger than me, but that's how she used to address herself.. so.. Kak Amal it is... hehehe... Thank you to both lovely ladies for sharing the lovely recipe with all of us...

CHEESY WEDGES

Ingredients :
500g frozen wedges
5 sliced cheese (orange in color) ~ the more the yummier
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Mayonaise

Method :
1. Fry the wedges till crispy. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a non stick pan over slow fire. Add flour and stir well.
3. Add fresh milk and stir till the mixture thickens.
4. Add in cheese and stir till the cheese melts.
5. Add in yogurt and stir well.
6. Place the cheesy sauce and mayonaise in 2 different piping bag. Pipe onto the wedges. Ready to serve.
