Rolled Tarts
ROLLED TARTS
Ingredients :
360g all-purpose flour
40g icing sugar
2 eggs
250g butter
20g corn flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method :
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add in eggs and vanilla essence and beat for a minute or two.
3. Add in the flour and cornflour.
4. Press the dough through a 'nastar' mould and cut it with a knife when it is about 2 inches long.
5. Put some pineapple jam in the centre and roll up the dough.
6. Egg wash and bake at 180 C for 15 - 20 minutes.

ReplyDeleteWaalaikumussalam. Biasanya mama buat sendiri jem nenas ni. Tapi tahun ni, rasa macam 'terlebih rajin', jadinya mama beli je jem nenas dari Kedai Bagus. Mama beli yang kandungan nenasnya lebih. Harganya lebih sedikitlah daripada yang lagi satu tu...
