Gulai Pucuk Ubi



GULAI PUCUK UBI

Ingredients :

(A)
500g pucuk ubi
50g dried anchovies
400 ml water

(B)
2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 cm ginger
2 candlenuts
1 stalk lemon grass

(C)
Thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
salt to taste

Method :

1. Place ingredients A and B in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Add thick coconut milk and salt to taste.
3. Leave to simmer for a few minutes and ready to serve.
