Vanilla Cupcakes


Ingredients :

50g butter
50g castor sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
75g self-raising flour
1 tablespoon fresh milk

Method :

1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Beat in egg, one at a time.
3. Add in vanilla essence and fresh milk.
4. Cut and fold in the flour, lightly.
5. Scoop a tablespoon of mixture into the paper cups.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 20 - 25 minutes or till done.
