Risoles Cheese Daging



RISOLES CHEESE DAGING

Bahan-bahan untuk kulit : 

200g tepung gandum
1 sudu besar tepung ubi
1 biji telur
350ml air
Garam secukupnya

Inti karipap
Sliced cheddar cheese

1 biji telur - dipukul
Serbuk roti secukupnya
Minyak untuk menggoreng

CARA :

1. Campurkan kesemua bahan dan kacau menggunakan whisk hingga tidak bergentel.
2. Tapis adunan.
3. Tuangkan sesenduk bancuhan ke dalam non stick pan dan layangkan seperti membuat kuih dadar/ketayap.
4. Letakkan sesudu inti di atas kulit risoles dan 1/3 sliced cheese. Gulungkan.
5. Celupkan gulungan tadi ke dalam telur dan golekkan atas serbuk roti.
6. Goreng hingga perang keemasan.
