Nasi Goreng Cina


Ingredients :

2 cloves garlic ~ minced
1 piece fish cake ~ sliced
1 teaspoon black pepper ~ crushed
1 egg
mix vegetable
salt to taste
Chinese cabbage
Spring onion
Cooking oil
1 bowl cooked rice

Method :

1. Heat oil in a wok. Add in garlic. Fry till golden brown.
2. Add in fish cake and black pepper.
3. Add in egg and stir till slightly cooked.
4. Add in mix vegetable and salt. Stir for a few minutes and add in rice.
5. Just before removing the wok from heat, add in the chinese cabbage. Mix well.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with spring onion.
