Nasi Impit Goreng Cina




NASI IMPIT GORENG CINA

Ingredients :

Nasi Impit - cut into small cubes
vegetables ~ of your liking
squid/prawns or whatever you have in your freezer
chillie paste
garlic ~ minced
salt
Knorr chicken granules
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soya sauce
1 egg
cooking oil
water

Method :

1. Heat oil and add in the garlic. Saute till fragrant.
2. Add in chillie paste and stir well.
3. Add in tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, sweet soya sauce, chicken granules and salt.
4. Add a bit of water so that it won't be that dry.
5. Add in squid, prawns, chicken or whatever you wish and cook till the gravy thickens.
6. Crack an egg into the gravy and stir.
7. Add in nasi impit and lastly the vegetables.
8. Serve warm.

  3. Hello Mamafami, this is a lovely Blog that you have. Very good recipes too.I am so glad its in English, I esp.find it difficultto understand the comments above.My Bahasa M is more the textbook kind! May I make a suggestion, if you dont mind, could you please adjust your settings for your recipe, so that the words do not go on to the Bread Picture. I find it difficult to read esp. the ingredients sometimes. Thank you and have a nice day,

  4. Sedapnya nmpak resepi mama ni, nasi impit masak camtu..nk kena try la jugak nnt...ada lg nsi impit nona tu, nnti ku impit kan dia dulu..heheh...bila nk wat pun xtau le...thanx for sharing mama..* malazzz je nk masak blk bercuti ni...angin KL x abih lgi..hehe*

  5. Ni kira macam lontong goreng arr versi cina. Yum2 mesti sedap! Saya ni kan, apa2 pun resipi dari nasi impit/lontong, semuanya saya suka! Enak...

    Amboi ganazznya ummi...awat nak impit nasi tu...esh kawan tu tak berdosa pun...ahakss! Tu la kan, kalau dah balik dari jalan ni, nak masuk gear 1 kat dapur, sket punya liat kan.....Tapi kalau tak gi holiday, tak best pulak...esh esh esh manusia...memang tak pernah happy dengan apa yang ada...manusia seperti saya! hahaha...tau..tak pe!
