Method :
1. Clean the potato and remove the outer skin.
Method :
1. Clean the potato and remove the outer skin.
2. Cut 2 potatoes into small pieces and blend in a food processor.
3. Dice the other 2 potatoes into small cubes.
4. Add the cubed potatoes into the potato puree with a salt to taste.
5. Place the mixture in a bowl and cover with a piece of aluminium foil. Microwave for 2 minutes.
6. Leave to cool and shape.
7. Fry till golden brown.

ReplyDeleteMemang sedap homemade Hash Brown ni. Oily ke? Ummi tak tos atas kitchen towel ke? You know what I actually did? Lepas ma shapekan, mama simpan dalam fridge sekejap. Sebabnya, tak sempat goreng. Tak tahulah kot that helps to reduce the oil ke...ahaksss...suratan atau kebetulan! Ha ah, ma suka sora Anuar Zain...kita serupa?!
