CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
4 cups all-purpose flour (I added extra flour)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used vanilla essence)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts/almond/hazelnut (optional) (I omit this)
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (I used choc rice as I don't have choc chips at the moment)
Method:
Method:
Thoroughly cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8-12 minutes.
Cookies are light in color when done and may appear soft when warm but will crisp once cold.

Boleh leka saya dibuatnya tengok pelbagai masakan di blog dan FP Mamafami.rasanya semua nak cuba..maklumlah bila skrg dah pegang jawatan DO (dapur officer)sepenuh masa ni byk masa kat dapur.

He..he.. satu club DO dgn mamaFami tp belum terror baking macam MamaFami.DO baru sethn sejak kat sini.tu yg rajin dok mencuba resepi.byk bahan baking yg masih tak tahu.Maklumlah sebelum ni asyik beli je, sesekali masa raya barulah oven berasap. biskut coklat chips dah buat semalam,saya guna shortening.buat saiznya taklah besar sgt tp bila masak kembang pulak..sbb biskut ni guna baking soda ya ?tp kembangpun kembanglah..anak2 suka mkn. ingat nak letak kat FP tp FP demam lagi..he..he..
