LASAGNA TUNA DAN SAYUR
1. Rebus cauliflower sampai lembut. Toskan air dan mash. Ketepikan.
2. Letak sikit olive oil atas kuali dan grillkan shitake mushroom. Ketepikan.
3. Panaskan sikit olive oil dalam kuali, tumiskan halia hiris, bawang besar dadu dan garlic minced. Bila dah layu, masukkan tuna. Kacau kacau kacau, pas tu masukkan carrot. Sebelum tutup api, masukkan capsicum dan cili flakes.
4. Griskan acuan, masukkan separuh filling tuna. Tekankan sikit, tuangkan separuh telur yg telah dipukul dgn sikit garam dan lada sulah.
5. Susunkan mushrooms.
6. Sudukan baki inti. Tuangkan baki telur.
7. Sudukan cauliflower yang dah mash tadi.
8. Taburkan cili flakes.
9. Bakar 15 ke 20 minit. Suhu 200C
