6 red chillie a few bird eye chillie ~ for extra hot or shall i say heat!
a handful dried anchovies
1. Slice red chillie, bird eye chillie, shallots and garlic. Fry for a few minutes till softened.
2. Fry the dried anchovies and the shrimp paste.
3. Pound everything and ready to eat!
