Ingredients :
6 red chillie a few bird eye chillie ~ for extra hot or shall i say heat!
2 shallots
2 garlic
a handful dried anchovies
shrimp paste
Method :
1. Slice red chillie, bird eye chillie, shallots and garlic. Fry for a few minutes till softened.
2. Fry the dried anchovies and the shrimp paste.
3. Pound everything and ready to eat!

sy ada gak belajar sambal ni dr bibik my bro..sy panggey sambal jawa cuma yg sy nye ada tomato.memanggggg powerrr sambal nie,mkn ngan nasi putih jer jadiikkkk..huhu.

ReplyDeletepernah buat dulu ni tapi without belacan.. tp ikan bilis tak goreng, just celur air panas. Klu tak silap nama dia sambal gesek.
Sedap mkn dgn nasi panas.

ReplyDeletesalam mama...berselara saya nengok sambal mama nie..mkn ngan nasi panas sedap nie tau..bertambah2 nasinye nti..mama..saya copy n paste mamanye resepi karipap kobis tau..my mil wat last week tp resepinye lebih kurang mama so saya malas nak taip blk so saya pun copy jela..apa2 pun thanx a lot ma!! mmg sodap!!
