mamafami...actually i have been a fan of your site, your fotopages to begin with since I saw it tru my fren's FP. You really inspired me into cooking and since I really love malay cookings, I always look into your site for recipes...

I love the cupcake design in the last picture, really cute and nice....wish I can learn it one day. It is hard to find some here in Kuching, if any, it would be very expensive...I hope I can learn it from you probably?

Hi Leyla. Thank you for following my websites. I am very happy for all your kind words. Thank you.

The cupcake design in the last picture is actually made of fondant. I basically played around with the fondant, just like how we do to plasticines/clay. You can prepare your own fondant if that is not available in Kuching. But sorry to say, I've never made one before. I use to get it from the bakery supplies shop. Do google for the recipe, I'm sure you'll find one that's suitable for you. From there, you'll be able to make all those lovely cupcakes your heart desire! Happy baking!
