150g cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch Salt
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
125ml fresh milk
1 teaspoon Rose essence
a few drops of pink food coloring
1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and leave a side.
2. Combine egg yolks, sugar, oil, fresh milk, rose essence and coloring. Mix well.
3. Add in the flour and mix.
4. Beat egg whites till stiff.
5. Fold in the egg whites into the mixture.
6. Spoon into the papercups.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.
