BAHAN-BAHAN :
2/3 cawan beras basmathi - dikosek bersih
2/3 cawan santan (ma campurkan santan kotak dan air) - mungkin lebih sikit kot santannya
sedikit pewarna hijau
sedikit esen pandan
daun pandan disimpul
sedikit halba
sedikit garam
1 biji bawang merah dihiris
CARA :
1. Masukkan kesemuanya dalam inner pot PPC. Tutup periuk. Valve ke SEAL.
2. Tekan butang PRESSURE COOK hingga keluar setting STEAM. Tekan COOKING TIME dan - hingga keluar nombor 7 di paparan.
3. Tekan START.
4. Setelah PPC berbunyi menandakan tamat tempoh memasak, tekan CANCEL dan offkan PPC. Lepaskan wap perlahan-lahan dengan memusing valve ke VENT. Bila wap telah habis, buka penutup PPC dan karih nasi. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
