MamaFaMi's Yong Tau Foo


Ingredients :

1 tray of assorted tofu and vegetables stuffed with fish/crab paste (I bought mine from Tesco)
1/2 green onion ~ pounded
1 anchovies cube
enough water
a few dashes of sesame oil
a few dashes of white pepper
cooking oil

Method :

1. Heat oil in a pot. Add in the pounded green onion. Fry till fragrant.
2. Add in the anchovies cube. Stir well.
3. Pour in the water. Let it boil.
4. Add in the sesame oil and white pepper.
5. Finally, add the assorted tofu and stuffed vegetables into the soup.
6. Gently simmer for about 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot.

Since it's my own 'creation' so, this verse is a must-write...COOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! Hahaha....
