BAHAN-BAHAN :
cendawan shitake segar - hiris nipis
isi ayam - rebus dengan sedikit garam dan carikkan
capiscum merah, kuning dan hijau - hiris
tomato
2 biji telur
bawang holland - potong dadu
sedikit garam
sedikit lada sulah
1 sudu besar minyak zaiton
Tofu lembut
chili flakes untuk taburan
CARA :
1. Rebus tomato dalam air hingga lembut. Keluarkan dan buangkan kulitnya. Lecek tomato. Kalau tomato terlalu berair, masakkan sebentar dalam periuk tidak lekat hingga sedikit kering.
2. Pukul telur dengan bawang holland, garam dan lada sulah. Ketepikan.
3. Masukkan sesudu kecil minyak zaiton ke dalam periuk tidak lekat, saute sebentar hirisan cendawan shitake segar. Ketepikan.
4. Masukkan baki minyak ke dalam kuali. Bila telah panas, tuangkan bancuhan telur. Biar separuh masak, terbalikkan. Padamkan api.
5. Sapukan tomato puree, susunkan cendawan, isi ayam dan capsicum 3 warna. Akhir sekali taburkan tofu lembut.
6. Hidupkan api kecil, tutup kuali dan 'grill' hingga masak.
7. Sebelum hidangkan, tabur dengan sedikit chilli flakes.
