My FAGOR BUILT-IN OVEN manual

I received a comment in this entry from Desperate Housewife asking if I still have the Fagor Built-In Oven manual. I am sure I still have it, only at that time, I was not sure where it was 'hiding'! Hence the delay in replying to your comment. My sincere apologies. Since I've scanned the whole manual, so why not let me just share it here with all of you and also for my back up, incase my manual decided to play hide and seek again.

Click HERE for the full manual

Note of thanks...

Thank you to sewBOLD for the tutorial or otherwise, I wouldn't know how to attach this pdf documents into the blog post. Your help is much appreciated.

Mee Jawa II

T.H.E R.A.M.B.L.I.N.G.S

I thought I had the strength of the blue power rangers *wink* but I think I only had 50% of his strength. After what had happened last week, as told in my previous entry, I feel very uneasy everytime I am driving near big vehicles, mainly lorries and also when I see (from my rear mirror) a car coming fast from behind...especially BMWs! No offence, but normally these are among the fast cars.... Perhaps, hubby need to get me a Ferrari, then my spirit will be lifted again..... ahahahaha... berangan je la mama... Nantilah hubby belikan kereta mainan Ferrari tu ye... ngeh ngeh ngeh

But alhamdulillah till today, I am still driving. Everytime I feel shaky, I will think of those who dare not drive. Then I will be thankful that I still dare to drive after all these unpleasant events. I have to keep motivating myself and at the same time, be extra cautious when I am on the road.... chaiyok chaiyok mama...

Rumusan mama :

Kalaulah si pemandu itu mengatakan yang mama ni pemandu yang reckless, then dia kena ingat... bahawa dia DOUBLE RECKLESS because I didn't do it on purpose but he or she did! Betul tak?

Insiden kedua :

Bila dia di hadapan, panas hatinya masih belum reda, melalui cermin tepinya dia masih marah marah dan mama tunjuklah gesture... silalah jalan saya dah beri laluan... and what did I get... the middle finger thingy! But did I? No... I stayed cool. Harapannya nak tengok mama melatah ternyata meleset. I stayed cool and didn't even move an inch. Agaknya, bertambah-tambahlah marah 'kawan' tu!

Phew... lega dah lepaskan......

Masak Lemak Cili Padi Udang dan Rebung

T.H.E R.A.M.B.L.I.N.G.S

Thank you Saerah, my dear neighbour... Thank you for giving me those lovely goodies from Cameron Highlands. She gave me some fresh sweet corns, some petai, a can of Cameron tea leaves and this.......

This is the first time I see this 'thing' and I was wondering what on earth could this 'twin tower look alike' thingy is. And when she said it is fresh bamboo shoots... err.. okay... now what do I do with this thing. Huhuhu... I had the thought of passing it to my neighbour, Kak Ana and when I asked her, she is no different than me! Clueless as how to go about cooking this fella. Had thought of Kak Nona, hubby's cousin... but then, I was just too lazy to drive all the way to her house. Then I said to myself, why not just accept the challenge. COOK IT! I CAN DO IT!!! Ahaks.... semangat beb...semangatttt!!!!

So who should I 'hassle' to help me in this challenge? Non other than the forever willing online sifoo of mine....*drum roll* CHE MAT GEBU *applause* *applause* He told me how to go about cleaning and slicing this fella till it is ready to use. Then the rest, I just followed what my heart desire... achewa

Moral of the story : Never give up before trying because the sweetness of victory is indescribable!

Kuah Lodeh and Sambal Kacang aka Kuah Satay

T.H.E R.A.M.B.L.I.N.G.S

Yuu huu mama... where are you....
Haha... this time it is not others who summoned me but me myself! I guess most of you are bored to summon mamafami because she will pop up just for a short while and went missing for quite sometime. Well, that's me at the moment. I am struck by the 'lazy-to-be-infront-of-the-laptop' virus and also the 'lazy-to-be-in-the-kitchen' virus. I am working 'hard' to recover and I don't really know when I will be fully recovered... but yes... I am trying 'hard'... hahaha....

So what have you been doing nowadays mama?
Besides the housework and being my son's loyal driver... I am into books at the moment. One after another! Blame it on my dear sister and her friend Suryani for dumping me with loads of novels that I can't resist!!! And being me... when I read, I put my heart and soul into my reading. So don't be alarmed if whenever you see mamafami holding a book, she's crying or laughing or showing such anger... because that is how mamafami is.... hahaha.... And poor Mak Chu will always be the chosen victim for me to let out my anger or my happiness. Sharing is caring ya Mak Chu... muahhhh..... hahahhaa.... InsyaAllah if time permits, I will post all the books that I've read in my other blog.

Oki doki... see you when I see you.... take care!

Coffee Chocolate Muffin

T.H.E R.A.M.B.L.I.N.G.S

Is it true that it takes 21 days to develop a habit? You can read more about it at  Steven Aitchison's blog.

Well, maybe I had had this 'planted' in my brain ever since someone emailed me an article on this topic quite sometime back, that I really believed it. And when I tried it out, it worked well for me. But in order to do something that you're not so keen of doing for 21 days without fail, is quite a challenge!

What did I do for 21 days and now, still doing it for the past 3 months? .......
Excercise in morning for at least half an hour, doctor's advice! For the first 1 1/2 months, I just walked around the neighbourhood. But now, I cycle every morning. And this morning I broke my record by cycling 3 rounds which is 7.24km for 42.54 minutes with average pace of 5:55min/km and average speed of 10.12km/h. And calories burnt for today is......tha dhaaaa...728.. according to MapMyRun. Yes mama bebeh... aja-aja fighting!!!!
